Boss's Day

Boss's Day is perhaps not marked on everybody's calendar, but it is an opportunity to thank your boss or employer for their support throughout the year. Boss's Day is celebrated each year on October 16 or the nearest work day if October 16 falls on a Saturday or Sunday. One way to look at Boss's Day is that it is a chance to score points with the person that makes key decisions on your progress within an organization.
